Scope

This policy applies to all full-time, part-time, and contract employees of Soul Artists, excluding temporary staff, interns, and individuals involved in the hiring decision for the referred candidate.

Eligibility

• Referrals must be submitted for open positions listed on the Soul Artists careers page or communicated internally.

• Employees referring candidates must be actively employed at the time of referral and payout.

• Referrals cannot be made for immediate family members or individuals with whom the referring employee has a financial or business relationship.

Referral Guidelines

  1. Submitting a Referral:

• Employees must submit candidate referrals via the official referral form located at [Internal HR Portal or Referral Link].

• Include the candidate’s resume and any relevant information supporting their qualifications.

• Only candidates applying for roles marked as eligible for the referral program qualify for rewards.
